Our promise to you…
We promise to coach you with sound financial advice. Talking about money is not easy so we will listen to you without judgement. We will be part of your team and will guide you and help you, the client, towards financial fitness. We will not sell you any products and we do not, nor will we ever receive any kickbacks or financial perks from any other professionals, vendors, companies or third-party products. Our sole motivation is to help you succeed.
We promise to honor your complete privacy. We will not share anything we discuss with any other person without your specific and written permission. This includes anyone who may have referred you to our practice.
Your promise to us…
Clear and timely communication is crucial to the success of our meetings. You must be honest and transparent with your situation including your thoughts, goals, ideas, wants and especially your challenges.
You will be given a number of pre-session tasks to complete to make sure you get the most out of our time together. You must complete and submit these tasks accurately and completely in the required time frame. Failure to complete these tasks will likely result in less value being delivered. These steps may include a questionnaire, completing a financial worksheet, reading an educational handout or reviewing a video. These tasks must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or your session will be cancelled without refund.
You understand that refunds are not offered on Foundation sessions. We appreciate you honoring the original date and time of the appointment.
You understand that we cannot honor requests to reschedule sessions.
You are solely responsible for your actions, choices and decisions.
You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Brad Finch and Finch Financial Fitness, LLC, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of actions, omissions or commissions taken by yourself or by Brad Finch as a result of advice given by or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to you to enter into this release.The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
